Quick Troubleshooting

→ Make sure your Mac and speaker are on the same Wi-Fi network.
→ Some routers with AP isolation or VLANs block local device discovery — check your router settings.
→ Try restarting the speaker if it's not being found.
→ HEOS Surfer requires macOS 14 Sonoma or later.
